Through its Gen AI-driven products and solutions, Presight is bringing Applied AI to the private and public sectors, helping them realize their AI strategies faster.The opportunity We are seeking an insightful, results-oriented Senior Product Specialist to drive the conceptualization, development, and rapid testing of analytics products and solutions that will enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Responsibilities Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototypes and final products.Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.Prepare detailed specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams; manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Own the product roadmap and oversee product lifecycle processes, including research, market analysis, planning, positioning, development, and launch.Monitor development progress and manage the product backlog to ensure timely completion and ROI.Measure product performance and address impediments.Assist the team with expertise in design, storytelling, interaction, and user research.Lead testing efforts, including designing and executing test scripts and scenarios.Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and develop proof-of-concepts.Develop product positioning to differentiate Presight offerings.Create dashboards and reports on product performance and usage patterns.Manage all aspects of live products, including feedback, requirements, and issues.Ensure compliance with QHSE, security, privacy, and governance policies.Skills and attributes for success Success metrics include ROI, revenue from new products, deployed POCs, optimized solutions, customer retention, and NPS scores.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in AI, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.5+ years in product management for data platforms, enterprise software, or analytics technologies.Proven success managing analytical or data-centric products.Ability to drive technical discussions and align stakeholders.Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.Experience with AI/ML, big data, or platforms for analysts and data scientists is a plus.Ideally, you’ll also need Knowledge across multiple industries.Insightful, analytical approach to data.Strong presentation and persuasion skills.Understanding of data visualization tools like Kibana, Power BI, or Tableau.What we look for If you are performance-driven, inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to build collaborative, customer-centric solutions, you will fit in.
