Cash Management Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent accounts and cash management expertise, responsible for the accuracy and integrity of business cash and bank balances.Key Responsibilities: Timely and accurately record inter-company/intra-company loan and fund transfers, including shareholder fund transfer requests.Maintain accurate records of intercompany loan documentation.Accurately account for shareholders' personal accounts.Cash collection from offsite premises is a critical function of this role.Cash disbursement to suppliers, brokers, and shareholders must be handled with precision.Coordinate with the compliance team as required to ensure regulatory adherence.Analyze results and explain variations to relevant stakeholders, including shareholders, banks, audit teams, and local government authorities.Manage the petty cash fund to maintain fiscal discipline.Record, coordinate, and reconcile with ATS on incoming and outgoing funds related to group transactions.Prepare payment batches for office expenses, shareholders, and group transactions.Requirements: A strong accounting technical degree, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation being a significant advantage.No less than 5 years of experience in similar roles within companies.Proven analytical and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial health to stakeholders.Familiarity with commodity trading business and/or freight accounting is highly desirable.Exceptional research and numeric skills are essential for success in this role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.A customer service orientation is vital for building strong relationships with stakeholders.The ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate with peers and supervisors is crucial.Flexibility and an understanding of how one's role impacts overall processes are essential qualities.A strong business acumen, coupled with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Maintaining confidentiality and upholding high work standards are non-negotiable.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to initiate projects and tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of VB programming and macros being a significant plus.Experience with major ERPs such as Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or other equivalent systems is highly desirable.Job Type: This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding career opportunity.Industry: This role falls within the finance and sales sectors.
