Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Packaging Development Specialist to join our team in developing innovative packaging solutions for personal care products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new packaging products that meet customer requirements.Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement packaging strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and functional packaging designs.Work with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery of packaging components.Conduct quality control checks to ensure packaging meets quality standards.Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in Packaging Development and Project Management. You should have experience working with various materials, including HDPE, PET, PP, pumps, casps, labels, and outer cartons.
