Compensation and benefits management is a vital aspect of any organisation's HR strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the company's overall objectives.This role requires a strong rewards focus, with a good understanding of compensation and benefits. A minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position within a medium-sized organisation is essential. Previous UAE work experience is also required, along with advanced skills in Excel and a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and support senior management on strategic HR proposals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.The role involves managing the annual salary and benefits review process, developing job evaluations and conducting local salary surveys.
