Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead our project execution and management. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets that meet client expectations.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to understand project specifications and requirements.Select Suitable Materials: Ensure the correct waterproofing materials and systems are selected and utilized based on project needs.Project Execution & Management: Oversight of Project Operations: Oversee the execution of waterproofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Supervise Field Personnel: Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient work practices.Monitor Project Progress: Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain timelines and budgets.Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is proceeding as planned and meets all technical specifications.Budget & Cost Control: Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and adjusting forecasts as necessary.Invoice Review: Review and approve invoices from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.Cost-Efficient Procurement: Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services for the project.Health & Safety Compliance: Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed on-site, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.Maintain Safe Environment: Conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.Client & Stakeholder Management: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and the internal project team.Progress Updates: Provide regular progress updates and address client concerns promptly.Project Reporting: Prepare and deliver project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and financial reports.Quality Control & Inspection: Installation Inspections: Conduct inspections of waterproofing installations to ensure work meets the required standards and specifications.Corrective Actions: Ensure that any deficiencies are addressed promptly and that corrective actions are taken to resolve issues.Project Documentation & Reporting: Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and daily logs.Progress Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports, including budget and schedule updates, to senior management and clients.
