Job Title: Healthcare Professional We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, ensure a safe and effective treatment environment, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.About the Role The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health history, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, monitoring patient progress and vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary.Effective communication and empathy are essential skills for this role, as the RN will need to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient progress and vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary.Collaboration & Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care. Document patient information and nursing interventions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and recovery.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all hospital, state, and national healthcare regulations and standards. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infection. Report any changes in patient condition to the attending physician or healthcare team.Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care. Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment and recovery.Professional Development: Stay current with nursing practices and healthcare trends through continuing education and professional development. Participate in departmental meetings, patient care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.Licensure & Certification: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
