Air Conditioning Maintenance Technician

HVAC Specialist Role We are seeking a skilled HVAC specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying maintenance risks on equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, and providing technical direction and on-the-job training.Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.Identify maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.Evaluate and ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Assist with customer queries.Qualifications: 12 years of operating experience in a similar capacity, preferably with luxury brand experience.Familiarity with operations and priorities of other departments.Documented training from a technical/vocational institute.Able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.Additional Information: Must be willing to relocate to a remote area.Employment type: Full-time.
