Strategic Planning & Execution Associate This role involves supporting the development and execution of business strategy and strategic programs. You will contribute to setting strategic performance scorecards by translating strategy into key performance indicators (KPIs) across financials, product, service, capital, and enablers.Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of group and business unit strategies, with a focus on investment initiatives.Contribute to the annual development of strategic scorecards and support quarterly performance reporting across businesses and subsidiaries.Engage in new product development initiatives, including business justification, market strategy, and collaboration with stakeholder teams for analysis and decision-making.Monitor and analyze industry trends, market changes, competition, and perform data analysis to identify threats and opportunities, and inform business decisions.Requirements: Bachelor degree minimum, Master's degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy roles within large multi-national companies or top-tier management consultancies.Expertise in strategy deployment frameworks, concepts, and practices.In-depth knowledge of the GCC real estate market.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
