Project Scheduling Manager

Job Title: Project Scheduling Manager We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Scheduling Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives in terms of duration and resources, and ensuring the forecast reliability.Key Responsibilities: Define project objectives in terms of duration and resources Pilot the project status and ensure forecast reliability Prepare planning packages including baseline project schedule, engineering documents deliverables register, progress measurement system, s-curve, manpower histogram, and project calendar Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, bid schedules, manpower deployment plans, and earned value management reports Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans Update and maintain accurate updated schedules, progress statistics, and s-curves Act as a focal point for engineering discipline leads regarding scheduling and progress issues Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Minimum 12 years industry experience Minimum 8 years engineering planning experience (feasibility/concept, pre FEED, FEED, detail engineering projects)Proficient user of Primavera, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, and MS Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.
