Description
This role will provide a high level of support to the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.Key responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, analyzing menus and products of competitors, and recruiting, training and evaluating employees.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with staff at all levels to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.Job Description Assist the Outlet Manager in preparing annual operating budget Analyze menus and products of competitive restaurants and room service Recruit, train and evaluate employees Inspect physical condition of furniture and decorations Check tidiness and cleanliness of staff Prepare effective duty roster Communicate effectively with guests and staff Report and control breakage and losses Implement cost savings procedures Promote guest satisfaction Control requisition point and par stock level Counsel captains, bartenders and waiters Motivate a strong team Perform other duties as assigned Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Hospitality
