As a Hotel Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable stay by delivering professional and friendly service from arrival to departure.Main Responsibilities: Receive guests in a courteous and welcoming manner, exceeding guest expectations throughout their stay.Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Stay up-to-date with hotel services and local attractions.Maintain awareness of guest profiles through our Opera system.Provide luggage assistance from arrival to room and from room to departure at check-out.Handle messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees in a timely and professional manner.Deliver morning newspapers to rooms.Ensure prompt delivery of guest messages and other items.Keep the concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy, and well-organized.Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a diploma in hospitality or vocational training in the concierge section within a hotel.
