Global HNW Distribution Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global HNW Distribution Director. As a key member of our sales and distribution team, this individual will be responsible for driving business growth in the High-Net-Worth (HNW) life insurance market.This strategic focus area is crucial to our business success, and we are looking for someone with expertise in Takaful insurance distribution. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and developing new distribution channels and partnerships, as well as positioning our products effectively within the competitive landscape.Responsibilities include: Serving as a subject matter expert on Takaful distribution Developing and executing a comprehensive Takaful distribution strategy Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion in the HNW market Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners Providing training and education to distributors on GHNW Takaful products Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments The successful candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, with at least 10 years' experience in a related field.
