Senior Thoracic Surgeon Position

Your responsibilities will include performing complex surgical procedures, such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair or replacement, congenital heart defect correction, lung resections, thoracic tumor excisions, and evaluating and diagnosing patients using advanced diagnostic tools. You will also lead pre-operative assessments and consultations, manage intraoperative care with a multidisciplinary team, oversee post-operative care and monitor recovery complications and rehabilitation progress. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cardiologists, pulmonologists, oncologists, and ICU teams, maintain high standards of clinical documentation, and mentor junior doctors and surgical residents.Requirements: A degree in medicine and a specialization degree in Cardiothoracic Surgery.Extensive work experience as a cardiothoracic surgeon.A license to practice.The ability to perform surgery under pressure.Excellent interpersonal skills.Patient understanding and empathy.Minimum three years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
