Senior Offshore Project Manager Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Methods Engineer to join our team.Job Description The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering solutions, capable of implementation, particularly for heavy offshore structures associated with temporary supports, multi-crane heavy lifts, transportation, jacket roll-ups, load-out, and mooring. The successful applicant will lead and supervise engineering personnel, ensuring liaison with construction teams during major operations.Specific responsibilities include: Developing and implementing engineering solutions Leading and supervising engineering teams Liaising with construction teams Participating in site surveys to determine scope prior to or during engineering design Supervising the preparation and coordination of engineering deliverables, including design reports, method statements, and drawings Maintaining technical quality standards Ensuring deliverables meet quality procedures and safety regulations Assisting in resource estimation and schedule planning Participating in quality audits Attending client and interface meetings as required Guiding and training junior staff Required Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate will possess: A recognized honours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Significant civil and structural engineering skills A minimum of 15 years' experience in Steel Construction or Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 3 years in a Methods engineering supervisory position in a multicultural environment A good understanding of fabrication/construction techniques, particularly jacket structures
