Senior Specialist Robotics Process Automation Finance The Opportunity: The Senior Specialist Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be part of the Finance Data and Automation team. The successful candidate will work on delivering key automation initiatives for various Finance stakeholders, with the possibility of contributing to AI projects as well. This role requires working closely with Finance users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and design high-quality automations and own the initiatives end-to-end. A successful candidate would be a trusted partner for the business, understanding business processes and providing automation solutions by re-engineering processes.Location: This position is based in Bangkok, with relocation support provided for expat candidates.In this role, you will get to: Work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance.Consult stakeholders to propose the most suitable automation solutions.Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end automations while ensuring security and compliance.Familiarize yourself with the finance ecosystem at Agoda.Work with Gen AI technology to deliver efficiency-saving automation projects.What you need to succeed (MUST Have): Undergraduate/Postgraduate or equivalent technical degree.8+ years of experience with RPA tools, including at least 5 years in Blue Prism & Power Platform.End-to-end delivery of at least 10 projects using Power Platform and Blue Prism.High sense of ownership and growth mindset, with the ability to be self-directed.Establish robust RPA governance framework, prioritize bug/change requests, and maintain strong control over bot scheduling to ensure high utilization.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers and build strong relationships within Finance and cross-functionally.It's good if you have: Accounting/Financial knowledge.Strong understanding of ITGC controls and SOX compliance.Experience with process mining (Celonis), OCR (Rossum), Alteryx.Experience in full-stack development, UI/UX, API development, backend, Postgres DB.Knowledge in procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and record-to-report (R2R) cycles.Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology.Experience in advanced programming and Gen AI implementation.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
