Head of Project Management / Design Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 60,000 - 65,000A prominent multidisciplinary consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Head of Project Management / Design to lead the delivery of projects at pre-contract stage. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with a strong design background, combined with significant experience in project management and delivery within consultancy environments.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the delivery of projects during the pre-contract phase.• Oversee design development, coordination, and project strategy to ensure alignment with client objectives and project goals.• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and project teams.• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring design quality and project efficiency.• Support the COO in overall project delivery planning and resource allocation.Key Requirements: • Qualified architect with a proven track record in both design and project delivery.• Strong consultancy background, with experience leading high-value, complex projects.• In-depth knowledge of design management, project delivery processes, and pre-contract stages.• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.• Previous experience in the Middle East market is preferred.This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key leadership role in one of Dubai's most respected consultancies, with a highly competitive remuneration package.To apply or for further information, please submit your CV for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
