We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist to play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities include: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.Answer incoming calls, provide property information, schedule viewings, and direct inquiries to the relevant department.Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for clients, agents, and management teams.Assist with general office tasks, including filing, handling correspondence, and processing real estate transaction paperwork.Provide clients with basic property details, rental/purchase processes, and company services.Maintain up-to-date client and property records in an organized system.Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.Requirements include: Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.A professional, friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Maintaining a polished and professional appearance.This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant real estate office and contribute to providing an exceptional experience for clients.
