Overview Looking for a seasoned, self-driven, and innovative Principal Software Engineer to design elegant software solutions for highly complex requirements. The role involves leading the development, configuration, or modification of new solutions, resolving architectural/design deficiencies, and ensuring application efficiency & reliability across G42's portfolio of products & services.Responsibilities Design and architect high-quality, complex systems and software environments across the G42 Group.Prepare, review, and evaluate software specifications for G42's diverse portfolio of products and solutions.Develop proof of concept designs and implement them as product features, focusing on diagnostics and serviceability of customer platforms.Engage in all aspects of software development to create reliable, secure, high-performance, and high-throughput services.Collaborate with software architects, product designers, product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to transform high-level requirements into incremental product enhancements.Gather requirements, suggest solutions, and design interfaces to improve user experience.Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions, troubleshoot, and debug systems to optimize performance.Set standards for high-quality code review and analysis.Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies related to architecture.Contribute to process and deliverable improvements to increase team responsiveness to customer and business needs.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in software development.Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack programming in the analytics industry.Experience in reverse engineering.Ideally, you will also need In-depth market and domain knowledge.A passion for constant improvement.An innovative and investigative approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and presentation skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced and volatile environment.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
