2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.工作职责 / Responsibilities负责中东北非服务仓库的日常运营管理,包括但不限于收货、入库、拣货、发货、库存盘点等流程。Daily management of service warehouse in MENA, including but not limited to receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory control etc.负责与总部、区域各相关部门的沟通协调,确保物资安全、准时、如数进出仓库,保证出入库流程和记录准确无误。Be responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments of MEA region and HQ to ensure the safe, punctual and full entry&exit of materials of the warehouse, guarantee the accuracy of the entry&exit processes and records.制定仓库管理、6S管理和标准操作流程等制度,在仓库高效运转的同时确保安全性、整洁性和合理性。Establish warehouse management, 6S management and standard operating procedures systems to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse while guaranteeing safety, cleanliness and rationality.负责规划仓库工作,确保仓库的合理配置、设计和使用;协同物流团队跟进全程运输,确保库存和订单补给的时效性;支持服务团队项目需求,保障物资及时送达。Be responsible for planning of warehouse work arrangment to ensure the reasonable configuration, design and use of the warehouse. Collaborate with the logistics team to follow up on the entire transportation process to ensure the timeliness of inventory and order replenishment.
