You will be stationed at the forefront of the healthcare facility, responsible for providing high-quality assistance and building rapport within the hospital community. Your role will involve managing and enhancing patient and guest satisfaction through structured support and communication, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating their overall experience.
