UAE Nationals Only (Contract based)Position: Project Coordinator & Administrative assistant Helps to ensure seamless operations and administrative excellence.Key Responsibilities: Coordination & Scheduling Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.Track project timelines, deadlines, and team deliverables.Communication Hub Screen emails/calls, draft correspondence, and liaise with stakeholders.Facilitate team updates, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Documentation & Reporting Maintain confidential files, prepare briefings, and organize records.Create project reports, monitor progress, and update documentation.Task & Logistics Management Prioritize executive tasks, handle ad-hoc requests, and optimize workflows.Monitor project tasks, resource allocation, and risk escalation.Event & Meeting Support Coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and travel logistics.Organize project workshops, agendas, and stakeholder communications.Requirements: UAE national with a minimum of 2 years' experience in project support, executive assistance, or administration.Bachelor's degree Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
