Digital Product Business Analysis Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analysis professional to analyze and translate business needs into effective solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and successfully deliver projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute business analysis activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and solution design.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, elicit requirements, and document processes and workflows.Conduct gap analyses and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.Work with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and quality validation.Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.Assess impacts and recommend system and process enhancements.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.Mentor junior analysts to promote professional growth.Requirements Minimum Experience and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services.Proven success in delivering business analysis projects and driving process improvements for digital products and services.Mandatory certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.Business process modeling training/certification preferred.Proficiency in MS Office; skills in Microsoft Visio and Access are a plus.Experience with requirements gathering, SDLC, Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), and tools like Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Skills and Competencies Desirable Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.Experience with Agile and SDLC processes.Proficiency in requirements management and process modeling tools.
