As the market leader in advanced currency management, would you like to join us in shaping the future of payments?Responsibilities: Lead Currency Products and Services sales within the MEA region in coordination with the Head of Sales – Central Banks.Collaborate with other teams to proactively influence customer requirements and promote G+D solutions, products, and services.Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers.Identify new sales opportunities by finding suitable solutions in our product portfolio and packaging them to meet customer needs.Manage the complete business cycle with customers, including project milestones, in cooperation with Sales Administration, Project Management, Service, and Finance departments.Monitor competitive activities, identify future customer needs related to product portfolio and currency automation solutions, and coordinate with Product Marketing/Management.Achieve individual sales targets and company objectives for the assigned sales area.Generate leads through sales visits and maintain active contact with large end-user accounts.Prepare and present strategic plans for complex cash center solutions to customers.Negotiate with high-level public and private sector stakeholders.Close deals and sign sales and maintenance contracts.Report sales activities and forecasts accurately in Sales Force.Define project scope, obtain costs and approvals, and review technical and financial proposals for customers.Develop a 3-5 year account strategy (Master plan and Key Account Plan).Coordinate with colleagues to identify opportunities for product and market development.Coordinate with Service and Sales Operations for AMC execution.Stay updated with product information and technical requirements to enhance sales success and channel confidence.Communicate scope details to internal departments for cost and configuration planning.Qualifications: Fluent in English; additional French and Arabic are advantageous.Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 10 years of sales management experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.Experience in pipeline development and go-to-market strategies.At least 5 years of Key Account Management experience with government sectors in Africa or the Middle East.Strong decision-making and relationship management skills.Proactive, results-driven, able to work independently and in teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in direct sales and distributor management, especially in the public sector.Willing to travel extensively within the sales region.Location: Dubai, UAE.Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Giesecke+Devrient by 2x.Get notified about new Sales Manager jobs in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
