Manager - Test Execution

We are seeking a high-caliber Testing professional to join our Transformation Team to lead and establish an enterprise-wide Testing function. The candidate should be able to help the organization adopt new AI testing tools that reduce testing cycle times and improve testing assurance.Manager - Test Execution Responsibilities include: Ensuring UAT execution aligns with business requirements, department standards, and the functional test governance framework.Supporting planning, monitoring, leading defect triage calls, and guiding business teams in developing test cases and obtaining sign-off.Assisting users in defining UAT Entry and Exit criteria.Collaborating with Technology and Business teams to resolve defects, track closure, and escalate issues as needed.Maintaining all testing records, including test plans, requirement traceability matrices, test cases, and supporting evidence.Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and relevant policies to maintain testing quality.Providing daily and weekly reports to management.Supporting responses to audit observations related to the team and providing necessary documentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
