SEN Teacher

Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education, B.Ed, and relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply with their detailed resume.Responsibilities Ensure that the objectives of the Inclusion policy framework are reflected across all school phases.Assess students' skills to determine needs and develop teaching plans.Adapt curriculum and assessments to meet individual student needs.Record learning data related to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and monitor progress.Create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Behavior Plans in collaboration with SLT, School Counselor, Class Teacher, and Parents.Implement IEPs, assess student performance, and track progress.Plan, organize, and assign activities tailored to each student's abilities.Discuss student progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators.Mentor Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) working with students with special needs.Previous experience in an inclusive school setting is preferred.Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Education and Training Industry: Education Administration Programs Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at LEAMS Education.#J-18808-Ljbffr
