The role requires a strategic thinker with a solid technical background, strong supplier management skills, and5–6 years of proven leadership experiencein procurement. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services for ongoing projects.Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies for engineering hardware and service-related requirements.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure specifications and timelines are clearly communicated and met.Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring vendor performance and compliance.Ensure accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.Manage procurement budgets and support cost-saving initiatives across both divisions.Oversee compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical procurement practices.Continuously monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and alternative sourcing options to optimize procurement value.Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding procurement KPIs and progress across both divisions.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of overall experience in procurement, with5–6 years in a managerial role.Experience in handlingprocurement ofengineering hardware productsandtechnical services.Strong knowledge of technical specifications, supplier qualification, and project-based sourcing.Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.Strong organizational and multitasking skills Validdriving license is a must for the role Immediate joiners preferred for the role Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Job Requirementsnull#J-18808-Ljbffr
