IMPORTANT NOTE : THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED FOR SHARJAH, UAEPlease apply only if you meet the below experience criteria and posses the OEM product knowledge and are ready to work in UAE .Job Title: Sales Representative Department: Spare Parts Department Main Scope of Work: Responsible for serving customers by promoting and selling spare parts products, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role focuses on supporting the Abu Dhabi region through proactive communication, order processing, and after-sales coordination.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and ERP systems Familiar with the UAE local market Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work in a high-paced, multitasking environment Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC experience Effective communicator across all levels of stakeholders Computer literate and task-oriented Self-motivated with strong follow-up and negotiation skills Main Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities: Respond to customer enquiries and send quotations on time Follow up with customers to convert quotations into orders Maintain and grow relationships with potential and existing clients Process enquiries from quotation to delivery, ensuring smooth order flow Negotiate and finalize orders in alignment with company policies Prepare project-based spare parts lists with coordination from the Sales team Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, Dispatch, Finance) for order execution Manage documentation for export sales Monitor and analyze spare parts movement to ensure efficient supply Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for credit facilities Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and customer needs Register SKM as a vendor in new companies Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning Recommend improvements to SKM products and services based on market insights Maintain a professional environment in the showroom Perform any other tasks assigned by management#J-18808-Ljbffr
