1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Role: Responsible for coordinating with warehouse and customers to execute order proposals, manage invoicing, and oversee timely shipping and delivery.Monitor & consolidate reports and analysis for sell-in, sell-out, sell-through Monitor & consolidate inventory in the market Lead backorders & Novelties orders Conduct competition analysis and trend including trade marketing Operations & Logistics Coordination Deliver monthly sales projections with clear visibility of planned deliveries Ensure delivery of budgeted sales and objectives across all channels; Ground and Inflight Analyze stock & sales for all Duty Free & Inflight business Propose resupply/replenishment plans - coordinate with Travel Retail Coordinator/Brand Teams for stock proposals Create and issue purchase orders to accounts with high accuracy Ensure timely order confirmations and follow up on discrepancies or changes Address problems promptly, liaising with management and key contacts for solutions Coordinate training sessions with internal and external teams Meet accounts' budgets and attend sell-in meetings with estimates Operate within set KPIs and Travel Retail strategies Account Coordination Maintain retailer relationships and ensure VM standards and planogram compliance Keep brand visuals updated Coordinate training sessions with partners Track retailer payments Support order placement and consolidation Review stock quarterly and manage ageing stock liquidation Handle aftersales/repair queries with Brand Managers Report sales, allocations, shipping, and performance regularly Proven experience working with large key accounts and in UAE/GCC is required.Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Retail Apparel and Fashion This job is active and accepting applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
