Test Support Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our test team as a test support specialist.This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and quality control processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for various workstreams.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.Responsibilities include: Supporting the test team in testing and ensuring that exit criteria are met Collaborating on test case development and execution Establishing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms Enhancing the quality of deliverables in collective triage, defect calls, and meetings Providing support to users in planning, preparing, and executing testing of signed-off test cases
