Project Manager - Construction

Construction Project Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control Interpret and implement project plans, technical drawings, and specifications Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field UAE Professional Engineering License Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects Proficiency in project management software, Auto CAD or similar CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and local construction practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Outstanding communication and leadership abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)UAE National citizenship is required for this position Benefits We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
