Key Responsibilities: Cash Handling and Accounting Operations The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between teams.Responsibilities include: Coordinating with the Finance Department on daily accounting transactions.Managing cash and cheque collections from customers.Serving as custodian of Vehicle Customs Certificates.Collecting payments and processing cheques through M/s. Trans Guard Security.Handling cash transactions, including counting money, providing change, and issuing receipts.Processing payments for showroom expenses and recording transactions accurately.Maintaining and reconciling the cash balance in the drawer.Coordinating with Head Office accounts for timely updates and corrections.Monitoring the movement of selection items and ensuring accurate accounting.Supporting F&I Coordinators with preparation of secondary documentation.Minimizing risks of fraud and errors by adhering to cash transaction policies and procedures.Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must have: A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field with strong skills in computerized accounting systems and cash handling.Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other accounting software.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others: The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
