Senior Land Survey Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on land features and boundaries, using specialized equipment and software. You will also be responsible for creating maps, drawings, and reports based on your findings.Key Responsibilities: Conduct surveys to determine precise locations of natural features, buildings, boundaries, and other structures.Use specialized equipment to measure angles, distances, elevations, and contours.Collect data on land characteristics such as topography, soil types, vegetation cover.Analyze data to create maps and reports for construction or development projects.You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels Familiarity with CAD software and GIS applications Strong mathematical and analytical skills Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills to effectively communicate findings with team members.Benefits: Competitive salary of $1500 per month We welcome applicants from Indian or Filipino nationality.
