Corporate Associate - Job Opportunity The MENA region is witnessing a surge in cross-border transactions, and our client's corporate practice is at the forefront of this trend. As a result, they are seeking an Associate to join their Dubai office and contribute to the growth of their high-performing team.This role offers exposure to a broad range of public and private M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. You will have the chance to work closely with leading clients and colleagues across jurisdictions, developing your expertise in complex corporate transactions.Your responsibilities will include working on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and commercial partnerships. You will advise on inbound and outbound investments involving the Middle East across various sectors, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents such as SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and joint venture agreements.You will also support cross-border matters in collaboration with international teams, contribute to business development and client relationship management, and participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.To be successful in this role, you should have 1–3 years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent), excellent academic background with a strong understanding of corporate/M&A law, and commercially focused skills with strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.A collaborative team player who is proactive and client-oriented, comfortable engaging in business development, thought leadership, and professional networking, is required for this position.Our client is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
