The team advises a broad client base - including sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms - on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, restructurings, and corporate governance. With particular strength in sectors like energy, telecoms, media, and technology, the team regularly supports international and regional entities on complex corporate and commercial matters.About the Role: Following another strong year, the MENA Corporate team is expanding and seeking an Associate to join its Dubai office. This is a key opportunity within a high-performing team advising on complex, often cross-border, transactions.
