Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Dubai showroom. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless operations across CRM, inventory, and logistics.This is a full-time position based in the showroom, with weekend availability required. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, providing product information, and maintaining accurate client records and sales notes in Pipedrive CRM.You will also be responsible for coordinating showroom stock logistics and sample movements, creating and managing quotations, sales orders, and sample requests, as well as liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Scheduling follow-ups and managing sales team tasks using CRM automation, generating reports on stock, samples, and client engagement, and assisting with onboarding and training of new sales staff.Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in a client-facing or showroom role, ideally in interiors or luxury retail Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage dynamic client interactions ERP experience (e.g., SAP B1) is a plus with training provided Benefits This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced showroom environment, thrive in a personable and organized way, and have a passion for luxury design.Others Please note that we do not endorse any requests for money payments and strictly advise against sharing personal or bank related information.We recommend you visit Security Advice for more information.
