Senior Refrigeration Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Field Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Project Engineer to lead our refrigeration projects from planning through execution.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, as well as experience in project engineering, particularly in the Middle East region.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and minimum 10 years of experience in the industry.Lead and manage end-to-end refrigeration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for customers and site stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination.Collaborate closely with subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams to meet project goals and customer expectations.Plan and track project schedules, resource needs, and material deliveries in coordination with Application Engineers and Logistics.Conduct site surveys and regular visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety standards.Facilitate project meetings to align stakeholders and provide visibility on timelines, risks, and next steps.Support system commissioning, testing, and final handovers to clients, ensuring operational readiness.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, specifically in refrigeration systems.Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment and systems.Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office tools.Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites across the region.Benefits: Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.About Us: We are a global leader in high-efficiency, sustainable refrigeration solutions.
