Based in Dubai, you will be part of a team responsible for generating business through New Project Sales and driving growth for the Install division segment within Building Technology and Solutions, with a focus on Industrial Refrigeration: Food & Beverage portfolio.How You Will Do It As an experienced Sales Executive, you should have good knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration systems, particularly in the Install segment. Your responsibilities include conducting site audits, suggesting improvements to existing customers or new clients with active installations, developing sales strategies, qualifying opportunities, maintaining records, preparing proposals, making presentations, and following up to close sales. You will coordinate with JCI global factories and local operations teams to ensure service delivery. Maintaining existing accounts through regular contact and updating sales tools for forecasting are also key. You should aim to develop long-term customer relationships and be self-motivated to grow your territory in the MEA region.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Install business, specifically in Industrial Refrigeration within the GCC region, with exposure to Food & Beverage sector.Results-driven with strong sales capabilities.Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and assertive.Fluent in English; Arabic skills are an advantage.UAE Driving license.Proficient in MS Office, CRMs, and database management.Solution-oriented mindset.Additional Information Senior Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals can double your chances of interviewing.Set job alerts for “Sales Executive” roles by signing in. #J-18808-Ljbffr
