We have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager (PMO) with real estate experience in UAE, specifically for Oracle Fusion and Real Estate Application projects implementation, for our client in Dubai, UAE.Requirements: Strong experience in implementing Oracle Fusion is MUSTExperience in real estate and manufacturing domains is MUSTProven track record in delivering business applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS) and Real Estate Application projects is MUSTAny project management certification is highly preferred The position is on the client's direct payroll.Role Overview: Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning and execution of technology initiatives that drive business transformation, focusing on real estate, manufacturing, and operations. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, Dev Ops initiatives, and digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business value.Lead and manage IT projects related to ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), CRM, property management platforms, Dev Ops, and automation.Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.Gather and analyze business requirements, translate into technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders.Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Oversee system implementations, integrations, data migrations, and change management.Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models as needed.Monitor KPIs, report progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders.Professional Experience: 10 to 15 years of project management experience Experience in delivering business applications and digital transformation projects Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and enterprise integration Understanding of real estate operations and manufacturing processes Preference for candidates with experience as Head of IT or IT Manager in small to medium organizations Skills: real estate, agile, project, scrum, oracle fusion, management, crm, business process automation, erp, devops, project management, hrms, real estate application Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Industries: Technology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
