B2B Sales and Brand Development Manager\This role requires a highly skilled professional to lead our B2B sales expansion across the Middle East and Europe. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in wholesale/B2B fashion sales, with a strong network of industry contacts.\\The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with multi-brand boutiques, department stores, concept stores, and fashion buyers in the region.\They will also need to strategically position the brand through international fashion weeks, tradeshows, exhibitions, and temporary or permanent showrooms.\An ability to manage the full wholesale cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, follow-ups, and order processing, is essential.\Additionally, the role requires organizing and overseeing brand presentations, pop-ups, trunk shows, and private buyer events.\The ideal candidate should also monitor seasonal calendars to align collection launches with optimal B2B sales windows.\Able to develop tailored proposals for different markets, aligning each strategy with brand DNA and buyer preferences.\Maintain and grow a network of fashion insiders: PR agencies, stylists, showrooms, buyers, and influencers relevant to B2B growth.\\The company offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, flexibility with remote/hybrid options, direct involvement in shaping the global strategy of a fast-growing fashion brand, and creative freedom and visibility.\We are looking for someone who is self-driven, highly organized, and able to lead projects independently.
