Individual will be expected to demonstrate the following expertise which will form part of their role at KPMGFinance Expertise: Knowledgeand hands on experience (preferred) across the following areas in Finance: Good understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle Good understanding of cost accounting, cost drivers and allocation methodologies Strong accounting skills and understanding of journal entries for billing, accruals/adjustments Experience in accounts reconciliation Shared Services / GBS Programme delivery: Supporting clients with large scale transformation programmes in Shared Services/GBS across strategy, design, setup, transition, transformation and benefits tracking. Key activities include: Support workstreams and/or mid sized projects on delivery, project planning, budgeting, and quality control Evaluating client's current state and defining a Target Operating Model including design for business processes Conducting functional maturity assessment, benchmarking and strategy development Support in designing target operating models for multifunctional back-office operations, including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and other SG&A functions Technology-Enabled (inc.
