Housekeeping Operations Coordinator

Role Overview A Housekeeping Attendant is a vital part of our housekeeping and laundry operations team.We are seeking a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize guest requests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.Analyze each request from guests to ensure timely completion and delegate tasks among team members as necessary.Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members and provide feedback on how they can improve.Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.Assist with room availability and releases in coordination with floor housekeeping supervision.Manage department controls such as staff scheduling, key control, incident reporting, linen management, and uniform maintenance.Check daily guest information in CRM to meet their preferences and requests efficiently.Request flowers or special linens for occasions like weddings or maternity events.Handle lost and found items and donations during the month.Inspect and coordinate the cleaning or repair of uniforms.Process daily laundry services for guests and close monthly Laundry expenses reports.Support the Laundry Attendant during holidays, days off, or absences when required.Requirements: Excellent planning and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication abilities Prior experience in laundry is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills Intermediate proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail What We Offer: Hilton offers a dynamic work environment where you can grow professionally while making a difference in the lives of our guests.
