Executive Housekeeper

We are looking to hire afemale personal housekeeper (supervisor level)for our client's private company in Abu Dhabi.As a Female Personal Housekeeper at the Supervisor level, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of the residence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, a strong leadership presence, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of a high-end household.Responsibilities: Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and living spaces as needed.Manage and maintain household inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment.Collaborate with other household staff, such as chefs and security personnel.Ensure the security and confidentiality of the residence.Coordinate repairs and maintenance as necessary.Handle delicate and valuable items with care.Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold the highest standards.Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times.Adapt to changing household needs and requirements.Qualifications: Previous experience in ahigh-end, private household or upscale hospitality environment.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organization.Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in household cleaning techniques and equipment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.Must be a female candidate for the comfort and privacy of the household.MUST BE WILLING TO STAY IN COMPANY ACCOMMODATIONAdditional Benefits: Medical Insurance Food onsite Training and Development Monthly amenities Uniform for Line staff#J-18808-Ljbffr
