Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction Supervision

Job Title We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead our project execution team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our projects.Key Responsibilities: Carry out quantity surveying tasks on assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Prepare bills of quantities, value engineer and manage costs for assigned projects as required.Track procurement to guarantee tender packages have been prepared and contract awards have been made for all elements of assigned projects.Support the overview of the quality, level of coordination and completeness of documents (bill of quantities and general conditions of contracts) for contractor tender documents and support the commercial department in procuring the most suitable contractors and suppliers.Receive invoices from contractors, suppliers and consultants contracted by direct works order, review contents and process interim payment certificates.Carry out regular site inspections of works progress and quality compliance verification documentation.Support coordination with Design Managers and Project Managers for appropriate resolution of QS issues.Prepare project costs, cash flow and QS reports including estimating reports, cost reports, cost trend reports, variance reports, status of final account, etc.Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.Experience Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience with background on high-rise projects.Extensive experience performing post-contract quantity surveyor duties.Employment Details Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level.Employment Type: Full-time.Job Function: Management and Manufacturing.
