Project Cost Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Graduate Project Surveyor to join our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team.Assist Quantity Surveying staff for Assets (Buildings Team) on both pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.Undertake responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Project Surveyor Complete measurement of quantities for input into cost plans, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.Assist with preparation of tender documentation.Assist with viability studies and cost estimates.Implement, maintain, and monitor cost control procedures throughout project duration.Provide necessary input related to financial claims.Evaluate variations, additions, and omissions, etc., and incorporate these into monthly cost reports.Prepare, price, and negotiate change orders with clients and contractors.Responsibilities & Duties: Market test rates and analyze tender returns for input into rates databases and estimates.Maintain technical library, including cost data, benchmarks, and upkeep of asset databases used for life cycle cost analysis and operational cost estimates.Format reports, manage data, and ensure quality assurance procedures across core service lines.Perform primary research according to project requirements under supervision.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for our Graduate Program.Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.AECOM is committed to Emiratisation and complies with UAE labour law; only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.About Us: We are AECOM, a global infrastructure leader delivering projects that create a positive and tangible impact around the world.Our award-winning training and development programs expand your technical expertise and leadership skills.We foster a welcoming workplace built on respect, collaboration, and community – where you have the freedom to grow in a world of opportunity.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to meet diverse needs of employees.Paid time off, leaves of absences, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, well-being resources, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
