Located on the Dubai Water Canal, it is the first exclusive residential address in this area, just moments from Dubai's highlights.What You Will Do Check, clean, and restock all residential area washrooms, lobby, mail room, corridors, and all common areas including meeting rooms, theatres, and residents' lounges.Anticipate residents' needs, take ownership of concerns, and act decisively to ensure satisfaction, offering personalized touches when possible.Clean and self-inspect public areas according to Four Seasons standards.Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including elevators, windows, carpets, and collect garbage throughout the property.Maintain and properly use all equipment and supplies, keeping storage areas tidy and stocked.Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and report any malfunctions.Maintain cleanliness and standards in locker rooms, pools, and fitness centers, ensuring proper operation of equipment.Work with the Facilities Manager on preventive maintenance and equipment care.Regularly check locker rooms, restock supplies, and ensure surfaces are clean and well-maintained.Handle soiled linen from common areas and ensure clean laundry is available.Manage locker keys inventory and ensure all surfaces are clean and stocked.What You Will Bring Fluent in English, reading and writing.Secondary education.High product knowledge and relevant technical skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service, Hospitality This job is active and accepting applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
