Document Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Manager to support our Infrastructure, Water Recycle projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring timely delivery of documents to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Registering all incoming and outgoing correspondences, Mo Ms, Drawings & technical submittals.Maintaining a register of all incoming and outgoing mail, stamping, and recording of mail before circulating for distribution to the concerned staff.Responsible for Control/Tracking/Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, change orders, NFC, RFI, CVI, RFM, Letters, staff daily reports, submittals, and other forms of pertinent documents from the client and subcontractors.Electronic transmission of documents.Data input to database related to document receiving & tracking document.Administrative Support: Provides office employees with administrative support including, typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, and other general office duties.Work closely with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate the completion of tasks and projects.Collaboration and working as part of a team is essential.Qualifications: Five (5) years' experience in document management system in an engineering or architectural firm.Graduate of Business or Secretarial Course.Experience in Infra and Water Recycle project is an advantage.About this Role: This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our Infrastructure, Water Recycle projects.What You Will Bring: Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with document management software and systems.About Us: We are a global leader in consulting, architecture, engineering, and construction services.Our Culture: We value diversity and inclusion, and we strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
