Senior Portfolio Manager - Real Estate

Job Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of real estate clients, managing a team to deliver exceptional client service and achieving business targets in line with the Corporate Banking Group strategy.This role requires a strong understanding of the local business environment and the ability to provide sophisticated solutions to clients based on their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a talent for dealing with people and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering targets.The job holder will work closely with internal stakeholders to cross-sell CBD products and ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the Corporate Banking Group.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, government, investment banks and key stakeholders to originate business and meet financial targets.Manage a team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business targets in line with the Corporate Banking Group strategy.Keep abreast of developments in the local business environment to understand the positive or negative developments and impact on the Real Estate Segment in UAE.Provide guidance and coaching to team members to develop talent and achieve defined goals.Ensure the quality of the credit portfolio by identifying and assessing all risks inherent in credit exposures.Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management / CA / CFAMinimum of 15 years of experience in Corporate Banking and preferably local experience and exposure to Corporate Real Estate.
