Experiential Event Manager
Description
Develop comprehensive event experiences through innovative design and project management.Achieve distinctive outcomes by leading the development of events content in line with established timelines and expectations.Main responsibilities: Strive for exceptional destination thematic activity with maximum reach and relevance to core targets.Manage the creativity and content at the heart of the experience always.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Marketing & Communication, Promotions, Culture, and external agencies, to execute campaigns effectively.Nurture optimal relationships with external agencies to support campaign delivery and activation outcomes.Establish measurement and success criteria for ongoing reporting of impact and ROI.Foster opportunities for improved relations with relevant stakeholders.Ensure campaign-related marketing materials align with objectives and tone of voice.Maintain brand identity consistency across all communication channels.Develop a stakeholder engagement and management approach to facilitate effective and positive relationships with partners.Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Culture, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.At least 3-7 years' experience in programs & events or a similar role within the industry.Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Arabic language skills are desirable but not mandatory.Job Requirements Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing, Public Relations, and Other Industry: Museums and Government Administration
