We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Support Team Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.Job Description This position involves providing first line support via the service desk or onsite at business unit level to resolve ICT technical problems for users.
