Cleanliness Expert - Hospitality

Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel rooms and common areas.Job Description: The successful candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of satisfaction with their stay. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.Clean and service bedrooms, bathrooms and associated areas to the standard of hygiene and cleanliness required by the hotel.Re-sheet all rooms daily with clean linen, ensuring creases are removed; dust all furniture; fully clean bathrooms; replenish all guest supplies and stationery; vacuum all rooms thoroughly.You will also be responsible for recording all serviced rooms on a worksheet, reporting and recording any rooms that cannot be serviced, and ensuring that all VIP gifts are replenished daily.In addition, you will assist Floor Supervisors in ensuring that guest room flowers and plants are watered and replenished as required, dispose of all rubbish and dirty linen correctly, and ensure that all materials are used and stored correctly.Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you will need: A proven track record of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 4/5-star hotel environment.One to two years' experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.The ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.A gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.The ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.The ability to work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.Benefits: This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization and develop your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, please submit your application.
